Plateau State Traditional Council played host to the Vice President of Nigeria, His Excellency Senator Kashim Shettima, at the Gbong Gwom Palace Jishe, Jos.

The Vice President was accompanied on the courtesy visit by Governor Caleb Mutfwang of Plateau state and his Nasarawa state counter-part Abdullahi Sule, the national chairman of the APC, Prof Nentawe Yilwatda, Rt Hon Idris Wase among others.

The Gbong Gwom Jos and chairman of the state Traditional Council His Majesty Da Jacob Gyang Buba, the Long Gamai, Ngolong Ngas, Agwom Izere, Long Tehl, Ujah Anaguta were on hand to receive the vice president.
Senator I. D. Gyang was equally present at the Royal visit.
